The Power of Clothing 

If you’re thinking about skipping the gym that day, change into your workout clothes before making the choice. Once you already look the part, you might just feel more motivated. For those days when you’re at work or out and about, keep a workout outfit in your car. That way, you have one less excuse for staying out of the gym. It is a simple tactic that will do wonders!
